Gala-awards of real estate projects FIABCI-Georgia Prix d'Excellence Awards 2024 was held in Batumi on October 11. The government of Adjara supported the event, and the silver sponsor was "Bank of Georgia".
It should be noted that FIABCI-Georgia's second Prix d'Excellence award in a row caused unprecedentedly high interest. Outstanding Georgian real estate projects were evaluated this year by a jury consisting of sector experts.
The winning projects were identified in gold and silver categories. Winners at the national level are given the opportunity to present these projects at the FIABCI World Awards.
FIABCI World President Mr. Ramon Riera and FIABCI European President Mr. Felice Tufano attended the event in Batumi by special invitation.
The gala-award ceremony was opened by the chairman of the government of Adjara, Mr. Torike Rizhvadze. The evening was also attended by other high-ranking Georgian and international guests, representatives of the sector from different countries.
